Slayer Curds


  • Flour - 8 cups
  • Cornstarch - 1 cup
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Granulated - 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Liquid Eggs - 8 cups
  • Panko - 6" 1/2 half pan full
  • Cheese Curd - 5 lbs


In large bowl, mix dry ingredients except Panko
Add egg until batter is sticky
Lay curds over sheet pan evenly 1 layer
Pour batter over curds
Dredge coated curds in panko and place on 1/2 sheet (line with parchment paper)
Cater wrap and freeze

Date, and label
