Hash Brown Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 20 Ounces shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 Cup shredded cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup onion
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Pour the hash brown's into a large bowl
Add the cheese, egg, onion, and garlic and mix well
Grease a regular sized muffin tin
Place large scoops in the muffin tins
Top with a sprinkle cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
