Snow Pea And Bean Sprout Salad | Bonfire Yoga

Ingredients

  • ½ small Chinese cabbage
  • 1 small red capsicum (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup fresh beansprouts
  • 1 large handful of snow peas
  • 1 large carrot (chopped into matchstick size)
  • 1 stick shallot (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • Dressing:
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Bragg’s all-purpose seasoning/Tamari
  • 2 tbsp. organic peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. avocado oil
  • 2cm chunk fresh ginger (grated)
