Directions

  1. 吉利丁粉加水融化,无需加热成光滑状态
  2. 小锅内倒入60ml水,糖,玉米糖浆,炼乳,中火搅拌冒泡后关火
  3. 将液体倒入白巧,放置两分钟搅拌均匀,加入吉利丁搅拌顺滑,如果拌不开可以微波炉适当加热
  4. 分成几份加色素,待到35度时淋面(32-35度),动作要快,注意边缘,可以用抹刀帮忙匀开
  5. 星空: 蓝+黑,大海:蓝色, 一点点红和原色。毛刷蘸白色色素(太厚的话,加一定点水),用手扒拉毛刷头产生星点
