  • Garlic, 2 gloves. Crushed.
  • Star anise, 2
  • Chinese 5 spice 1 tsp
  • Dried Sichuan Chilis 2. Cut in half and deseeded. You could sub dried Arbol if you're abroad and can’t find these.
  • Sichuan Peppercorns ~12
