Directions

  1. 水要一点点加,揉面(面要硬一点)
  2. 醒面45分钟
  3. 揉一分钟
  4. 分成八份:大约55g一份。揉圆
  5. 醒面10分钟
  6. 擀面成椭圆偏长方形,手掌大小
  7. 每一片面两面均匀抹油,盖保鲜膜醒两个小时
  8. 每片面中间筷子轻轻压一道痕,手拽两边甩面。先把水烧开,把扯好的面中间撕开放入开水,烫1-2分钟
  9. 碗中放少许生抽盐,煮好的面放入碗中,加蒜末,葱花,辣椒碎,烧热油浇在调味料上
