1 2 3 Stew
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 2 10 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans of water
- carrots and potatoes peeled and sliced (I used 3 carrots and 4 small potatoes)
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 sticks of celery (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven 300 degrees
- Mix meat and soups with water in 2 quart baking dish; (I used cast iron Dutch oven)
- Bake for 3 hours.
- Add potatoes, carrots and other vegetables such as onions, garlic and celery (after 2 hours)
