Ingredients

  • 1 Big cup of Yellow or orange lentilles
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Wash the lentils and let them sink in water for 30mins
  2. Finely chop the onion
  3. Fry the onion in the pot with oil until they are tender
  4. Put the adas on top of the onion
  5. Put 3 cups of water in the pot and let them cook all together
  6. Add some salt
  7. Once done, serve them with a bit of lemon juice and baked/dried bread
