Almond and coconut flour cupcake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp ghee/ butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp honey/ maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add all ingrediants in a bowl and whisk it well to form a smooth batter.
  2. Grease the cupcake mould or any round baking mould with ghee and add the batter.
  3. Bake it at 180 degrees centigrade for about 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick if its baked fully.
