Ingredients

  • Stir fry:
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Shitake mushrooms
  • Antelope steak
  • Diced garlic clove
  • Green onion
  • Avocado oil
  • Stir fry sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Dash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil squeeze of hot honey
  • Diced garlic clove
  • Chili oil

Directions

  1. Dash of chili oil and avocado oil in wok until warm. Add diced garlic and cook til fragrant
  2. Add the rest of the stir fry ingredients all stirred
  3. Heat up then set aside
  4. Cook diced meat then set aside
  5. Throw in onions, garlic, and bell peppers, cook for a couple minutes
  6. Add in mushrooms
  7. Cook until all decently soft
  8. Add udon noodles and cook for 1 min
  9. Add stir fry sauce, stir around for another minute or two and udon is cooked
  10. Top bowls with green onion and toasted sesame seeds
