Avocado Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 cup / 150g) OR 1 cup frozen mango, defrosted and diced
  • 1 small-ish avocado, peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 cup / 130g)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (leave this out of you don’t like spicy)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (10g)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion (35g)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently stir all ingredients together.
