Top one side of an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla with 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese, 1/2 cup thawed frozen corn, 1/2 cup black beans and 2 tbsp chopped green onion. Fold over and broil until cheese melts. Top with 1/4 avocado, chopped, 2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp salsa.
