  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • 1 lime juiced, about 2 tbs
  • 1 orange juiced, about ¼ cup
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned, tails removed
