Cut up 2 chicken breasts - cook in 1 Tablespoon of oil til done. Take out of pan, add 2 Tablespoons of oil, 2 Tablespoons of butter, melt. Add 4 Tablespoons of flour, remove from heat, add 2 cups of Chicken broth and return to heat. Stir thick and add 1 1/2 cup parm cheese. Add the cooked broccoli. Pour on top of cooked spaghetti.
