Cook chicken breasts on stove and then shred or cube depending on preference. Mix together cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing in mixer until thoroughly mixed. With a spatula, fold in chicken until all chicken is coated with cream cheese mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and spread out evenly. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake or 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and hot through. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
