In heavy bottomed saucepan heat honey over medium heat. Bring to a very gentle boil and cook until caramelized about 2-3 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Return pan back to medium-low heat. Bring mixture to a simmer, cook 5-10mins, stirring occasionally, until sugar says dissolved and mixture is syrupy. Remove mixture from heat, strain and let cool completely, glaze will thicken as it cools.
