Carrot Cake Oats (19WW For Loaf)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 g) oat flakes
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice
  • - 1 carrot (grated)
  • - 4 tbsp raisins (rinsed in hot water) (4WW)
  • - 1 apple (grated)
  • - 1/4 cup (50 g) walnuts (6WW)
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil (9WW)
  • - 4 tbsp stevia (or sweetener of your choice) (1WW)
  • - Vanilla sugar (optional)
  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).
  • 2️⃣ Mix all ingredients together.
  • 3️⃣ Pour into a 7-inch (18 cm) cake tin.
  • 4️⃣ Bake for 45-50 minutes.
