Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions

  1. Place in a large casserole water with 1 bouillon cube
  2. Steam whole head of cauliflower steam 20 minutes or until florets are tender.
  3. Once tender remove in a bowl separate the florets without the green parts
  4. Start mashing add water from the casserole
  5. 1 tsp of sea salt and dash of pepper ( if you like more spicy or salty add more)
  6. Add butter to mash and soften only use the water from the casserole
  7. Pour mixture in baking pan
  8. Add cheddar cheese to the top to cover area
  9. Place baking pan in oven at 350 for 30 mins. Or
  10. You can also place in micro for 5 mins.
