Cauliflower Wedge Salad: With Creamy Feta Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cauliflower
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
• salt and pepper to taste
• dressing:
• 3 tbs olive oil
• 2 oz Greek yogurt
• 1/2 medium lemon, juiced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 tbs dill, chopped
• Optional: milk to thin out dressing
