Directions

  1. Couper le poireau en rondelles et le faire dorer à la poêle 5-10mn. Ajouter les épinards ciselés. Assaisonner.
  2. Ajouter la crème.
  3. Faire un puit dans lequel couler l’œuf.
  4. Couper l’avocat et la feta.
