Cheese Olive Balls
Ingredients
- 2 Sticks pie crust mix ( whole box of pie crust mix)
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese- grated
- 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
- Pimento olives(almond stuffed olives are great- but expensive)
- garlic to taste
Directions
- Moisten pie crust according to package. Blend in cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
- drain olives and pat dry with Scott towel.
- warp each olive in just enough dough to cover. Be sure to seal.
- Place balls on greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes at 400 F
