- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Cheesecake
- 3 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cheesecake topping
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix crust ingredients and pat into bottom of springform pan.
- Mix cheesecake ingredients and pour into crust. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and set oven to 450.
- While oven is heating, mix cheesecake topping ingredients. Place mixture on top of cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 1 hour and then refrigerate. Best served next day.
