Cheesecake Swirl Filling
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 c S cream
Directions
- Beat with mixer until well combined.
- USE: Filling for banana, pumpkin bread
- Reserve 1 c bread batter. Spoon cream cheese mixture over bread batter in pan. Pour reserved batter on top. Insert tip of knife into batter and swirl 5 or 6 times. Then bake as directed
