• 2 cups SunRice medium grain rice, cooked
• 420g can creamed corn
• Salt and pepper
• 4 slices of wholegrain bread, crust trimmed cut into 2cm cubes
• 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
• 2 tablespoons ricebran oil, extra
• Green salad to serve
