1. Chop Onion, Garlic, and Ginger
2. Coat bottom of the pan with a medium amount of avocado oil, turn heat to high until the pan is hot
3. Add the onion and stir constantly to make sure it does not burn. Once browned add garlic and ginger and cook a bit longer
4. Turn heat to low and add the Shaan masala, toast for a minute, add the pasta sauce and stir
5. Add yogurt mixture, beat with a fork and water to have no lumps
6. Add it to the mixture and make a light gravy
7. Add chicken slices before adding water sauce for a bit
8. Cover and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then turn up the heat and try again if it doesn’t cook
9. Garnish with cilantro and serve with white bread, roti, or pao
