  • 20 Pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 coconut oil

Directions

  1. Set aside 1/3 of desiccated coconut. Blend all other ingredients together in a mixer. Put in the freezer for 10 mins. Shape into little balls and roll over the remaining coconut or cacao powder. Store in fridge.
