Coffee caramel pudding (Polly Bora)

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • Half tin milkmaid
  • One n half tsp coffee

Directions

  1. Beat eggs thoroughly and keep aside
  2. In the milk add the milkmaid the whisk
  3. Now slowly add the eggs n keep mixing it all the time .then add the coffee n mix well
  4. Now on a flat based container sprinkle sugar n put on flame when sugar burns to golden colour remove from fire
  5. Pour the mixture on the container ..
  6. Preheat the oven at 160 deg and half fill the baking tray with water
  7. Now place the container at the centre
  8. Bake 150 deg till its a bit wobbly in the middle for approx 60 mins...
  9. Tap the side of the pan to see how wavy it is in the middle... You still want it a little bit... Remember it will continue to cook outside of the oven for a bit and once cool will thicken up further...
  10. After removing from oven ket it completely cool
  11. Turn it upside down before serving ..
