Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups crumbled corn bread
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 3.5 cups chicken stock
  • Three eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • .5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • One small onion chopped

Directions

  1. Mixed together cornbread, crumbs and stock until well blended.
  2. Beat egg slightly, add milk, salt and pepper.Add to bread mixture.
  3. Then add chopped celery, sage and chopped onion.
  4. Stir until well blended and bake on a well grease pan at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
