Preheat oven at 350, in a pot of 3 cups of water medium high put in chicken thighs(this will also make your chicken broth) salt & pepper also don't forget to skim the fat off boil until chicken is tender; mix in a skillet medium heat onion, celery and garlic for 6 minutes add liver cook 4 minutes until browning when done chop the liver up, in a large bowl mix everything with baked cornbread, pour broth into bowl(be carful not to make it to wet) in a butter pan pour mixture baked for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown
