  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbs flax

Directions

  1. Blend everything in the blender.
  2. Add to buttered pan. Let cook and then add a little bit more to make thicker pancakes. Then flip.
  3. Store in the fridge or freezer.
