Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

  • - 1 lb. ground beef
  • - 1 small onion
  • Olive oil
  • - 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • - 1 cup beef broth
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 8oz bowtie pasta
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • - Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Brown ground beef with a little olive oil, onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain fat.
  3. Add broth, bring to a simmer then add heavy cream, paprika and cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Add cooked pasta until combined , season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve Hot: Garnish with extra cheese or parsley and enjoy!
