Easy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour (sifted)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray and dust lightly with flour or cocoa; tap out excess.
- Combine ingredients in order listed.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes and frost as desired.
