Ingredients
- 1 small egg
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 30 grams red bell pepper in a jar
- 1/2 cup chopped salad
- 2 slices rye bread
Directions
Boil the egg for 8 minutes rinse in cold water.
Peel, chop and let it cool down.
Mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Add the bell pepper and start building your breakfast sandwich.
