Directions

  1. Boil the egg for 8 minutes rinse in cold water.
  2. Peel, chop and let it cool down.
  3. Mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the bell pepper and start building your breakfast sandwich.
