  • 3 cups water
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Cut chilies open and remove seeds. Heat chilies on a dry skillet medium heat for a couple minutes on each size. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook for 10 minutes. Place in a blender along with garlic and seasonings. Process until smooth
