Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger cooked and drained or cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies
  • 8-10 flour tortillas
  • 3 cups Monterey Jack shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 9x12 cake pan
  3. Mix all can ingredients in bowl. Cool meat slightly, mix some of the canned ingredients in meat just until moistened.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into middle of tortilla shells, roll, and put in pan. Repeat until finished. Pour remaining sauce on top of all shells. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 35-45 minutes.
