- 1 1/3ib. Sweet italian sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic,shopped
- 3 (15 oz.) cans cannellini beans, drained (reserve liquid from 1 can)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 lbs. escarole, thinly sliced
- 1 4oz.piece Pecorino Romano cheese (half thinly sliced,half finely grated)
