  • 4 ciabatta bread
  • 2-3 slices roast beef per sandwich
  • 2-3 slices Swiss cheese per sandwich
  • Packet of au jue or homemade recipe

Directions

  1. Turn on broiler, move oven rack into middle position.
  2. Cut ciabatta in half long way so it makes 2 slices for sandwich
  3. On 1 side of bread, put roast beef then cheese.
  4. On side 2, put cheese first, then beef on top.
  5. Put halves open faced on a baking sheet then put it into the oven.
  6. Once they have toasted to your liking. Remove them from the oven.
  7. Cook au jus to package instruction
