Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of gluten free oats (or regular)
  • 1/2 Cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add the oil, syrup and vanilla. Bake on 180º for 15 mins. Remove from oven and mix. Cook for 10 min more or until slightly brown. Allow to cool.
