Graham Crackers

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbs. gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the coconut flour, almond flour, gelatin, baking soda, salt + cinnamon together. Then mix in butter, honey, water + vanilla. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper + transfer the dough to the pan. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper + roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Remove parchment paper + cut it into 2 inch squares. Use a fork to prick some holes in the dough (if you want). Bake for 20 mins. Remove from oven + let cool completely. Turn oven back on to 200 degrees + return the pan to the oven for 3 more hours to make them crunchy. Remove from oven, let cool + break apart into individual crackers. Eat alone or bring to the bonfire for your s’mores!
