Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup coconut

- 4 oz cream cheese, soft
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, pineapple, coconut, and walnuts with a wooden spoon until moist. Pour into a 13X9 greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and vanilla. Beat in the powder sugar and vanilla. Spread over the cake.
