  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • pinch coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (juice from about 1 navel orange)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1 " pieces, unpeeled
  • 1 -2 mangos, diced
