Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup Crisco
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- Crumb first four ingredients together. Beat egg in separate bowl. Add water and vinegar to egg. Pour over crumb mixture. With fork, work dough until it forms a ball. Makes two double pie crust or four single.
- Don't prick holes in the ones you use for pumpkin pie.
