  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions

  1. Crumb first four ingredients together. Beat egg in separate bowl. Add water and vinegar to egg. Pour over crumb mixture. With fork, work dough until it forms a ball. Makes two double pie crust or four single.
  2. Don't prick holes in the ones you use for pumpkin pie.
