Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously grease a muffin pan, including the top and edges of each cup. In a medium saucepan melt butter on medium heat then add milk. Bring to boiling. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Continue to cook and stir until the mixture forms together without separating. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon for approximately 1 minute in-between each addition until smooth. Divide dough evenly among prepared muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full; sprinkle with the sugar.
Bake 30 minutes, puffs should be golden brown. Remove from pan and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
