Olive Conciate

Ingredients

  • Per ogni kilo di olive:
  • 1 litro acqua
  • 20gr soda
  • Tenere per 24 ore in soluzione
  • Poi sciacquare ogni gg per 5 gg
  • Poi salare per ogni kg di olive:
  • 1 lt acqua
  • 20gr sale

Directions

  1. Sciogliere la soda in acqua e aspettare che si raffreddi di nuovo.
  2. Poi mettere le olive e coprire con un asciughino.
  3. Lasciare per 12 ore nella soluzione epoi controllare che le olive siano diventate scure almeno fino a 1-2 mm dal nocciolo.
  4. Scuacquare e rimettere in acqua corrente (o sciacquare 3 volte al gg) per 5 gg.
  5. Poi fare salamoia mescolando acqua e sale in una pentola, far bollire e poi lasciar raffreddare. Poi mettere nei vasetti e lasciare per 1 mese
