- 1 tbs Wondra flour(white sauce mix)
- 1 STick of butter
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 C cream
- 3/4 C cheese(parmesan, Romano, asiago)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt, pepper to taste

- in sauce pan add butter, flour, garlic and pepper. COok on low 10 min.
- Add mil and cream cook 10 min.
- Add cheese, simmer 5 min.
- serve over favorite pasta
