Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- Preheat 375
- Mix sugars, peanut butter, butter and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, roll in sugar first and then smash with fork. Bake 9-10 minutes.
