Primal Meat Pockets

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (I double the recipe and use 6)
  • 1/2lb ground meat (whatever you prefer, ground bison, elk, beef, etc. Use 1lb if you are doubling)
  • Can also add a pinch of salt or whatever seasonings you want for the ground meat.
  • Add ferments as a topping!

Directions

  1. Separate eggs
  2. Whip eggs whites until stiff peaks (the stiffer the better)
  3. Gently fold in yolks
  4. Scoop onto parchment
  5. Add ground meat to the centers
  6. Bake at 400 F for 10-15 min - mine needed more like 18 min to fully cook the meat
  7. Let cool a bit before scooping onto a plate
  8. Add your ferments on top and enjoy! 👩‍🍳
