Pumpkin Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg vanilla cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small can Pumpkin
  • 1/2 c evap milk
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • 1 pkg almond bark coating
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Sprinkles

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix, egg, pumpkin, milk sugar and spices until well blended. Bake in greased 11x17 pan 20 mins. Until done. Cool. Break cake into small pieces and mix with 1/2 can frosting. Form into balls If cake is too moist. Freeze for a few minutes. Once balls are formed chill
  2. Melt candy coating little at a time. Dip ends of pretzel sticks in coating and stab into balls. Let sit until coating is firm
  3. Melt rest of coating Holding ball by pretzel use a spoon to swirl coating over balls. Tap edge of stick lightly on bowl. Cover balls with sprinkles if desired. Rest on wire rack sprayed with pam until firm. Freeze well
