Combined quinoa, stalk, and garlic in medium saucepan
Over medium heat bring mixture to boil
Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes
Turn heat off and let sit for 5 min
Combine cooked quinoa with steamed asparagus, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion.
Mix white wine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice and then pour over salad. Also add feta
Mix salad well and then let sit for an hour.

Note: I cooked up chicken and added to the side for extra protein. I've also put quinoa mix on a bed of spinach with cooked salmon (which tastes amazing and I highly recommend) Play around with it and find the perfect combination for you!
