Ingredients

  • Anatra 500 gr
  • Cipolle
  • Carote
  • Vino rosso 200ml
  • Burro 20gr
  • Brodo d’anatra o brodo vegetale 400ml
  • Rosmarino
  • Timo
  • Olio

Directions

  1. Spolpare anatra
  2. Mettere le ossa in una pentola
  3. Riempire con acqua fredda fino a che noj sono coperte
  4. Mandare a ebollizione
  5. Spengere e buttare via l’acqua
  6. Riempire di nuovo con acqua
  7. Aggiungere cipolle, carote e sale
  8. Far sobbollire per 2 ore circa
  9. Macinare carne (100gr per volta nel bimby a vel7 3sec
  10. Pentola con olio e far rosloare cipolle e carote tritate
  11. Aggiungere la carne
  12. Auando cambia colore sfumare con vino
  13. Aggiungere sale, pepe e aromi
  14. Una volta sfumato il vino aggiungere il brodo
  15. Lasciar cuocere a fuoco lento per un’ora.
